The Morris Collection
The Morris Collection is a collection of nearly 2000 pictures owned by the club covering the Big 4, BR steam and early diesels as well as some Industrial and some Narrow Gauge. The majority are pictures of locomotives but other rolling stock and infrastructure are included along with some miscellany.
The web site has the basic details about each picture along with a club watermarked copy. If you require a printed un-watermarked copy or access to the original slide please contact a trustee.
The Eric Miles Collection
This extensive set of photographs are sorted by location, largely across the former GWR area. The pictures available here are all watermarked. If you would like a printout of the un-watermarked original please contact any trustee.
NEM Standards
The European umbrella organization MOROP consist today of 19 national organizations with more than 30.000 members in 16 European countries. Like in the EU the longer participating organizations of the founder countries have been augmented by members from Hungary, Poland, Rumania, Slovakia and Czechia. The main task of the Organization is the development and renewal of the Norms of European Model Railway (NEM).
